I feel very blessed to be serving our community for 20 years and feel we have so much to celebrate! Please join us at the Canal Front Park in Lewes for an in person, but outdoor gathering. We will be enjoying some mocktails and light snacks and fun prizes! Join us for the evening, and come meet Michelle!

We will set up our refreshment area on south/east side of park (under the arbor area that is on side of park closest to the Inn at Canal Square).Parking closest to that area is still metered in September, however, parking closest to other side near ballpark is not metered, FYI.

We will discuss the process, checking in on progress, discussing meal plans, questions and concerns. We will also discuss the mind/body/spirit aspects of detoxification by looking at how stress plays a role in liver function. We will discuss how to detoxify old, unhealthy behaviors, and focus on helping create healthier boundaries: physical, emotional, time, intellectual and material boundaries. Thinking about these behaviors like, listening to your body, sleeping enough, no doing ten things at once, eating when not hungry or not eating when hungry/Skipping meals, and how to make time for relaxation and/or meditation. We will discuss bringing in new, healthier behaviors and thoughts to aid the detoxification process.
