  • Certified Life (CLC) and Grief Coach

Sydney Dawson is a certified life and grief coach located in Lewes, Delaware. She found her way to working in the holistic health space after the death of her fiancé, Tyler. Her quest for healing, meaning, and purpose after this loss led her to focus all her energy on wellness - for herself and others. She founded Shift Life Coaching LLC in June 2023 and offers her clients compassionate, 1:1 support, specializing in processing grief, stress management and self-care, and healthy lifestyle and habit shifts. Her personal health has been an important staple throughout her life, as a former competitive and D1 college athlete, and it has been essential to navigating the complexities of grief as a young widow. She, like you, is on an evolving health journey and steps up to the daily challenge of “walking the walk.” Her coaching style mirrors this reciprocation of being on this journey together, and she’s deeply grateful to share the experience with each of her clients.

Sydney earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!), has earned certifications in life and grief coaching, and she’s currently pursuing an additional health coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute. Prior to coaching, she worked in event planning and project management, where she developed a love and keen skill for holding clients accountable to a common goal with an encouraging and positive nature. She deeply enjoys building this partnership and camaraderie and she sincerely looks forward to supporting you in this way through the Full Circle Program.

In her free time, Sydney spends as much of it as possible at the beach, she loves going for walks around Lewes, doing yoga, and spending time with family, friends, & her precious pit bull, Chino.
