Advanced Guided Detox: Mid Program Check in with Dr. Kim

We will discuss the process, checking in on progress, discussing meal plans, questions and concerns. We will also discuss the mind/body/spirit aspects of detoxification by looking at how stress plays a role in liver function. We will discuss how to detoxify old, unhealthy behaviors, and focus on helping create healthier boundaries: physical, emotional, time, intellectual and material boundaries. Thinking about these behaviors like, listening to your body, sleeping enough, no doing ten things at once, eating when not hungry or not eating when hungry/Skipping meals, and how to make time for relaxation and/or meditation. We will discuss bringing in new, healthier behaviors and thoughts to aid the detoxification process.
