Are you ready to take control of your health?
Naturopathic medicine is a process focused on treating underlying causes of dis-ease, not symptom management. If you want deep, lasting change, it comes with a clear and individualized plan for your health, sustained lifestyle changes, and a willingness to embrace who you really are: a confident, healthy person ready to live their best life.
Dr. Kim Furtado has spoken at national conferences of Naturopaths, dedicated her life to serving the community, and also writes for national publications. Her approach is unique, and attends to high-performers as well as all ages brackets and backgrounds with equal care.
Over the years, we have noticed that modern pressures have led to mounting unseen stresses. Healing the nervous system and regulating our stress levels is a major part in the healing process, and the foundation of a healthy, happy life.
We have added Dr. Courtni Hale, PhD, to the practice to support clients to connect mind and body through scientific tools like HeartMath, and to measure and rehabilitate tired, stressed nervous systems.
Its so common in today’s world, to experience stress and anxiety, and this can delay the healing process, and even cause health, emotional, work and relationship issues.
NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
Many of us know what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns we can't seem to change - but few of us understand why. Your nervous system silently influences nearly every aspect of your life, from stress and health to relationships, resilience, and decision-making.
Through the Compass Human Operating System, Dr. Courtni Hale helps you understand what is happening beneath the surface, empowering you to reduce stress, restore energy, improve relationships, and navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Naturopathic Consultations
Sessions with Dr. Furtado are pay-per-session and ideal for clients needing insights and treatment plans every 2-3 months. While perfect for long-term clients, they are open to all. Initially, clients implement a treatment plan and undergo testing, with a follow-up 6-8 weeks later for review and adjustments. Subsequent sessions are every 2 months, extending to 4-6 months as treatment goals are met, eventually moving to annual or as-needed check-ins.
