This journey has improved her health, knowledge level and energy! Katy is passionate about devoting time to helping others be healthier and happier!
Katy’s expertise includes nutrition, coaching, self-care, stress management, and behavior change strategies. She works with clients to develop a pathway to positive changes that lead to real and lasting results. Clients develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work, improving energy, health, and happiness.
Coaching sessions will increase inspiration and motivation. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of life. The goal is to help clients live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
As an experienced health coach, Katy supports clients in making gradual changes. Clients will learn about the IIN healthy plate which focuses on eating more plant based, whole, real foods and is a guideline for dietary and lifestyle habits. Clients learn to plan healthier meals, enjoy cooking at home, and make better food choices when dining out.
Katy continues to learn about new research in the health and nutrition areas and has completed both a Hormone Health and Gut Health course through IIN. Emerging research is reinforcing the power of nutrition and behavior change to improve health and avoid or reverse chronic health issues. This field is so interesting and motivating!
