Initial Consultations

We will focus on gaining a complete understanding of where you are with your health, establishing a clear vision of what goals you would like to achieve, and developing an individualized plan to help you achieve your health goals.

Follow-up consultations

Once we have your personalized health plan established, our focus in follow-up consultations is to check in with that plan, assess progress, and correct course if needed so you can stay on track for your long-term health goals.

Follow up sessions are for established patients only and can be booked directly in your Healthie portal.

Health Coach Consultations

You may also enroll in the Full Circle Program as a part of the personalized plan for your health. Generally, you will meet with your Health Coach every two weeks for 3 months to support and guide you toward your goals.

A Brief Note about Insurance

You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for office visits, supplements, and labs. Since Delaware doesn’t license naturopathic doctors, most insurance companies won’t cover these services, and Dr. Furtado is out-of-network. Services are an out-of-pocket expense, but if you'd like to request insurance reimbursement, please inform Dr. Furtado at the time of payment. She’ll be happy to provide a receipt with the necessary medical codes for you to submit to your insurance.
