A Brief Note about Insurance

You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for office visits, supplements, and labs. Since Delaware doesn’t license naturopathic doctors, most insurance companies won’t cover these services, and Dr. Furtado is out-of-network. Services are an out-of-pocket expense, but if you'd like to request insurance reimbursement, please inform Dr. Furtado at the time of payment. She’ll be happy to provide a receipt with the necessary medical codes for you to submit to your insurance.

Full Circle Program Coaching

Health and wellness coaching is a supportive, client-centered approach that helps you take action toward your personal goals—whether that’s improving energy, managing stress, making dietary changes, or building healthier habits. Coaches offer accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you stay on track.

For many naturopathic clients, the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do—it’s making those changes stick. Coaching provides a more affordable, consistent way to bridge the gap between appointments, helping you follow through on your care plan and build the routines that lead to real, lasting change.

The collaboration between Dr. Kim Furtado and Wellness Coach Katy Pughwas was created to give clients the support they need to succeed—without the overwhelm. Together, they offer a whole-person approach that integrates clinical care with day-to-day guidance.

At the heart of this collaboration is a shared mission:
To help you feel empowered, supported, and fully equipped to reach your health goals—mind, body, and spirit.
